It Won’t Happen Over Night
1 week- scale starts to change minorly
2 weeks- scale starts to change majorly
3 weeks- minor change in face
4 weeks- minor change in stomach
5 weeks- change in legs
and so on. Don’t stop because you didn’t see an immediate change. Keep going because you know that you can do it. Prove them all wrong

Imagine how thin you can be in 2 weeks.
Then turn those 2 weeks into 1 month.
And that one month into 2.
Those 2 into four.
Then think of how skinny you’ll be in a year.
Don’t binge.

3. You will get sick
4. Your emotions will be intensified
5. When you purge you can rip your oesophagus/stomach and die over the toilet

7. Food will control you

11. Your digestive track will be shit
12. Refeeding syndrome is a thing
13. You might be hospitalized
14. When you are hospitalized you will see people and they might die as a result of an eating disorder (this comes from personal experience)

16. You can’t get warm
17. There’s a good chance that you will pass out
18. You’re probably gonna have a tough time at school/work
19. Your teeth fall out
20. Your throat will hurt
21. Your hair will fall out
22. If you purge you will probably get ulcers
23. Going places where there is food will be hell
24. Bruising is easier
25. Osteoporosis can happen
26. If you want kids say goodbye to that
27. Your pancreas can get some problems as well
28. The sooner you get help the better you feel about yourself
29. Getting help is literally life or death
30. People care about you
31. Recovery is a long process but it’s so worth it

Learned the hard way googled how to lose weight fast and look at me now 1 year later beeing in more pain than i could ever imagine to be in just cause society thought me you “need” to be skinny to be “pretty” wich i learned isn’t true beeing pretty is not about the looks it’s about you and your personality i know what i say is not going to help but consider it?
